Specialist coaching for adults with ADHD, with or without a diagnosis.

I am a qualified ADHD coach living in Brighton.

If you are looking for an ADHD coach, it is likely you are feeling stuck or finding aspects of life hard and need some help - I’ve been there. Having ADHD myself means I share your lived experience and understand what it is like to have a busy brain that won’t stop and to feel like much of life is out of control.

My coaching is supportive, validating and relational. I will teach you to understand your unique brain and empower you to embrace your strengths and thrive.

Sessions can be in person or via Zoom, depending on your location and what you are comfortable with.

Body Double with Me

What is body doubling?

If you’ve ever struggled with getting things done, or just can’t seem to focus, you’re not alone. Sometimes it’s hard for ADHDers to find the motivation and we need that extra push to get started and to stay on track. That’s where body doubling comes in!

Body doubling is when you work alongside someone else, whether it’s in person or virtually, just having someone nearby can really help.

I offer free online body doubling sessions for small groups. We share what we want to do at the start and work for 45 minutes, have a 10 minute break and then work for another 25 minutes.

What others say about body doubling

‘I really look forward to these sessions. I break the seal of some stuff I have been putting off and am motivated to keep working after the session has ended’

‘I often find the start of sessions challenging, but knowing there are others with me and that we check in part way through and the end means I am held to account’

  • “Bianca has helped me to understand my ADHD brain and how to work with it instead of against it. I have developed strategies that help me to manage better at work and reduce my stress and overwhelm. I am much kinder to myself now I know why I found everything so hard”.

  • '“I have been lucky to work with coaches at different points in my life, and although valuable in many ways, my undiagnosed ADHD meant I really struggled to implement new ways of working or change my behaviours. Bianca has helped me accept and embrace my ADHD with compassion, creativity and positivity. We’ve worked on simple things like creating routines for myself and my neurodivergent household, planning for procrastination, finding safe dopamine to leverage energy and also explored approaches to relationships and interpersonal styles.”

  • “As a neurodivergent coach, Bianca is able to walk in your shoes with you. She creates a warm, totally human, focused and creative space to explore and identify strategies that support you.”

  • “Bianca has powerfully supported me in moving through the shame I have felt about rejection sensitivity dysphoria and paralysing procrastination etc, I’ve been able to let go of much of this and it’s been really freeing and calming.”

  • “I used to find myself literally frozen in terror and anxiety. My coaching with Bianca has helped me accept that by building some easy ‘safety’ processes I can trust in my ‘system’ and harness my neurodivergence as a huge strength and power.”
